Jam Making Commences 2017!
Our home made Jams have become very popular with our Guests. All our Jams are homemade with fruits and berries grown in our walled garden. They have been so popular with our guests during the 2016 season, that I sold out in the early Spring! So, these winter evenings are proving very industrious. We are trying a few new flavours this year adding to our already popular Blackcurrant Jam, and our Raspberry & Tayberry. Andy has made some Green Tomato Chutney, which we can't wait to sample at Christmas. Next on my list is a rich mixed berry Jam, which I hope will be as tasty as our other Jams. It will be featuring on our breakfast menu from the New Year, so hopefully you will be able to enjoy some during your 2017 stay with us!
